Due to the inherent nature of digital goods and to prevent potential misuse, transactions are considered complete and non-reversible once a download link has been issued.

We strongly advise reviewing all product information thoroughly to ensure it aligns with your requirements prior to making a purchase.

It is your responsibility after you receive the download links to download and back up the files you bought as soon as you download them in case our store decides to remove products in the future or go a different route.
